Account and Billing

Manage your account, balance, and orders in the Akai API dashboard. Never send passwords, API keys, or payment details through chat, email, or an untrusted page.

Sign in

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Sign in with an existing account or follow the registration flow.
3. Verify your profile and account status before creating a key.

Check balance and quota

Confirm the following before making requests:

• available balance or subscription quota;
• plan validity and scope;
• whether the target model belongs to an available group;
• whether recent orders are complete.

Balance not updated

Refresh the order and balance pages and allow time for the payment callback. Keep the order ID if the state does not update, and do not pay the same order twice.
